Sharing in Growth (SiG) is an ambitious transformation programme which raises the capability of UK aerospace suppliers in order to share in the growth of aerospace and other global markets.
The scheme provides concentrated training and development programmes tailored to the assessed needs of each supplier and targeted at world class standards of performance.
The North West Aerospace Alliance (NWAA) is the key industry organisation in the region, representing and uniting companies and organisations involved in the aerospace sector supply chain.
NWAA represents approximately 25% of the UK aerospace industry with over 220 member companies and a combined turnover in excess of £7 Billion.
NWAA has developed considerable technical expertise to support aerospace companies through the delivery of over £20 Million of supply chain improvement programmes such as Aerospace Supply Chain Excellence (ASCE), Growing Autonomous Mission Management Applications (GAMMA) and the National Aerospace Technology Programme (NATEP).
Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) – helps manufacturing companies develp their supply chain capability to world class standards and achieve greater efficiencies in lead times and manufacturing processes.
Aerospace and military companies demand the best possible innovation, manufacturing and cost performance from their suppliers. MAS aim to help companies achieve this.
