ISO 22301 is an international business continuity management standard used to ensure that operations continue, and that products and services are delivered at predefined levels, that brands and value-creating activities are protected, and that the reputations and interests of key stakeholders are safeguarded whenever disruptive incidents occur.   

ISO 22301 specifies requirements to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and continually improve a documented management system to prepare for, respond to and recover from disruptive events when they arise. 

We have successfully demonstrated that Produmax has considered the issues that could influence the outcomes to gain this internationally recognised accreditation by demonstrating recovery plans are in place.  Plans are pragmatic and focus on the recovery of specific operations, functions, services and applications to enable us to get back to “business as usual” after a disruptive incident and achieving total recovery.
