Training and continual development is important throughout Produmax. 

We have adopted a continual learning and improvement philosophy, always believing we can do things better.

We have also received help and support from the Government’s Sharing in Growth Scheme, which has provided help, support and consultancy at a high level to help us maintain our “world class” performance standards. Valuable training and consultancy continues in areas such as lean operations, manufacturing processes, purchasing, cost modelling and leadership.

Produmax has also received valuable support and expertise from the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre allowing us to develop machining strategies to reduce cycle times and we have a commitment to SC21’s World Class Supply Chain standard.
