Produmax romp home with another shiny award from Sharing in Growth.  Out of 11 companies selected to share their progress at the All Star event at East Midlands Conference Centre on 13th June, our talented team rocketed into action with their Space-Age presentation, walking away with the Inspire Award.

This annual event demonstrates the value of the SiG aerospace competitiveness programme through a series of top industry insights and best practice case studies.

SiG’s expert judging panel saw Produmax’s “Grow the Future” presentation featuring a 2025 Produmax with new technologies, and the need for people who think in different ways, doing jobs that don’t currently exist. Iain, George, Callum and Mandy shared information about future-proofing Produmax by developing their team now and showed how their approach is already yielding significant cost savings.  

Produmax joined SiG in 2014 and last year won the first Sharing in Growth Ikigai top trophy.  With SiG support, Produmax has increased turnover by 55%, increased headcount by 60% to 70 people and secured contracts worth over £50m.

An audience of almost 200 attendees from sector supply chain companies, prime customers including Rolls Royce, Airbus, Boeing, Safran, government, banks and industry bodies enjoyed an event crammed with value-added presentations which culminated in the Sharing in Growth Awards dinner.
